Getting help
- Homeowners and sellers: include the email on your account and, if it's about an enquiry, the property's street and postcode.
- Estate agents: include your agency and branch name.
- Please don't send passwords or identity documents by email unless we ask for them through a secure route.
Complaints
Email hello@agentpitch.co.uk with your account email and what happened. We'll acknowledge it, look into it and reply. Complaints about an estate agent's own service should go to that agency and then to its redress scheme. For data protection complaints you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
