The problem we're solving
Selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make. Yet homeowners are often expected to invite several agents into their property — and sit through several valuation visits — before they can meaningfully compare fees, contract terms and marketing strategies.
AgentPitch turns that around. Agents set out their proposition in writing first, so you can understand what different agents offer before deciding who to meet.
Better for good agents, too
We want to give good estate agents a fair opportunity to demonstrate their expertise, marketing quality and value — rather than competing only on whoever gets through the door first.
Homeowners stay in control throughout: your contact details are shared only with the agents you explicitly choose, and inviting an agent to value your home is never the same as instructing them to sell it.
Where we are
AgentPitch is a new business, built to welcome homeowners and estate agents throughout England. This website is currently an interactive prototype: every agent, property and figure you'll see is fictional and clearly labelled, and no real enquiries are processed.
